HRS4R - Human Resources Strategy for Researchers

In 2021, Transilvania University of Brașov adhered to the principles of The European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (C&C). UNITBV has engaged in implementing the HR Strategy for Researchers - HRS4R, by integrating the 40 principles of the European Charter and Code of Researchers in its internal policies and practices. The University also applied for the HR Excellence in Research Award in 2021.
